From start to finish, the staff and online customer service were very professional. Every detail was handled perfectly, exceeding our expectations! Overall satisfied, the car was new, easy pickup and drop-off, slight wait for airport pickup.

Like: I was very satisfied with the price I received. For the vehicle I rented. I was a bit confused at first, on where to be for the pick up. This is an off airport site, location. It was a lot easier then I anticipated. I needed the car for a few extra hours and the added fee was fair, in my opinion. I will be back in July and i will use them again.
Dislike: I had a hard time understanding some of the conversation held over the phone.
