Not bad, just like Hertz.

Since the transaction was thru Hertz, not sure that we actually dealt with anyone from Firefly. That being said, the entire process was seamless.

Easy to use and gives a complete picture of available rates. I usually find you’re the cheapest.

Long queue at Hertz counter at Sydney airport. There were only two staff. One family held up the line because they didn’t pre book a car. I suggest 3 lines where two would serve customers who have already reserved their cars and just need to pick up.

Like: Staff were great. Friendly and efficient.
Dislike: The car had a transmission fault.. Slightly annoying..

Like: I loved cruising down the coast in my modern, clean and trendy rental car. Even though I'm below 21 years of age I was able to hire it and didn't have to pay a huge bond either. The car was pristine clean, drove perfectly and I was really happy with the customer service I experienced before and after the hire.
