Great service

The staff’s authentic Beijing accent felt very familiar and friendly in a foreign country. They had a great attitude, provided proactive pickup and drop-off services, and the rental process was smooth and efficient. They even provided extras like a charger and phone holder which were not included in the rental information. The car was in great condition. When a problem arose with the vehicle, the customer service lady was very kind and capable, and she looked very professional in person.

The service was patient and attentive. A quick phone call got us picked up and dropped off at the hotel efficiently. The car pickup was very fast.
