Pretty good overall. However, they didn't have the car I wanted, but the upgraded model was quite satisfactory. The S60 is very suitable for the U.S. environment. The trunk can only be opened from the trunk itself, and the rear seats cannot be folded down from inside the car. Even if the car gets broken into, the trunk remains secure.

Due to language barriers, extending the rental period by an additional two days resulted in the car rental staff requiring me to repurchase insurance for the previous seven days. When returning the car, personal items were left inside. Called Hertz service, but nobody responded.

Everything was exactly as I had been informed it would be except for the fact that I was upgraded in my rental (not a problem). From the time I approached the counter until the time I was driving away was probably less than 10 minutes. I wish all my car rental experiences were this good!
