The vehicle's performance was excellent. It was well maintained. We drove for over a month without any issues.

The car rental company's service was quite good. The Rome rental location was easy to find, but the drop-off point at Milan Airport was poorly marked, it can only be described as a trap!

We had a reservation for 10 AM and arrived around 10 AM. There were two groups ahead of us being served. When it was our turn, we were informed that they had no A6 Avant available at this location. After waiting for an hour and a half, we were given a Ford S-MAX instead. The group before us, who were also Chinese tourists, received a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a BMW 5 series.

The staff at the counter were friendly when I picked up the car, but the garage personnel kept urging me to leave, giving me insufficient time to inspect the car. They were also impatient when I asked about how to use the onboard navigation system.

The car is very good condition. We got updated for free. Staff is nice but a bit hard to find the rental office in Rome city center.
