The online vehicle size was deceiving, had to upgrade to a larger vehicle for luggage accommodation.

The vehicle size should be more clear.

Not very personable at the Budget desk seemed to be going through a script. Three guys on the desk so not as if they are rushed off their feet, be a bit more customer friendly.

Easy to use good experience will use again.

Arrived at the Budget Desk to be told that I needed a printout from DVLC giving details of any points on my Licence. Wasn't aware that this was needed but one of your staff was very helpful and in the end was able to take the van. You need to make this requirement VERY CLEAR and not hide it in the small print. We booked a Mercedes van but were given a Peugeot instead. The van was OK but I did not realise it would have AVIS signage in large red letters on the side!!!!!!!

The staff at Heathrow failed to explain the cost breakdown leaving us to figure it out ourselves. We still don’t understand why the surcharge was higher when we opted for the full insurance coverage. The staff also failed to realise the car chosen has GPS installed and still advised us to pay for the external GPS device. Also the staff didn’t explain clearly the procedures of dropping off the car and the Postcode provided failed to lead us to the correct drop off point forcing us to ask people around us and hotel representatives to resolve the issue. Also when we had an issue with the car and called the hotline, it took a long time for a representative to pick up the call and the responsiveness was slow and the service was appalling as no one called back after seemingly a phone connection breakdown.
