Since the staff member at pickup wasn't the same person when we returned the car, the return staff insisted it was our fault. The stains looked old and not recent. Since we were in a hurry to catch a flight, we negotiated and ended up paying 160 yuan instead of the 200 yuan they initially demanded. The staff asked for 160 yuan personally to handle the issue, and we didn’t get a receipt. It was a really unfortunate experience.
