It was a great experience. We originally booked a compact SUV, but the trunk was too small for our luggage. The staff at the store suggested we switch to a sedan, and we only needed to pay the price difference. They were very helpful.

When picking up the car, I asked if I had purchased full insurance. The rental company didn't inform me that the insurance contract was not with them. After returning the car, they directly deducted 380 lira. When I inquired, Grenta rental company told me the insurance was with Zuzuche and not with them, hence the direct deduction.

Pickup and return were very quick, and the staff had a great attitude.

Not bad, diesel POLO, 16,000 kilometers, the car is in great condition and very fuel efficient. Picked up at Garenta airport, returned at the airport, super convenient. The 300 lira deposit was refunded to my account just 3 days after returning to the country.

Pretty good, the store staff are very friendly and proactively provide tips. The car was just cleaned and equipped with wet wipes and bottled water. Returning the car was also quick.
