I was two and a half hours late to pick up the car and was told the vehicle was no longer available. Communication with customer service was unhelpful (they said it was my fault for not reading the rental terms). I had to negotiate with the car rental company myself, and they finally resolved it (originally rented at Terminal 2, but they contacted Terminal 1 where a car was available).

The service was good. They recommended an upgrade but didn't force it. The car I got was the Audi A3 as booked, with only 10,000 kilometers on it. Although one of the brake lights malfunctioned during the trip, this is a common issue with Audis and not related to the rental company. The 1.5T A3 could still reach over 200 km/h on the unrestricted highways.

Good service attitude, patient in answering questions; fast processing speed. After verifying the documents and swiping the credit card for pre-authorization, they handed over the keys. There weren't many people in line at the store. When I picked up the car at around 6 a.m., I was the only one there. When I returned the car, there were three people ahead of me, but the speed was still relatively quick.
