The rental company is very responsible.

They kept telling me that the insurance I bought in China was useless and insisted I buy their insurance. When I asked about the available miniVAN models, they said they didn't know. Their attitude was quite average. Then they recommended that I upgrade to a Sienna. Actually, for four of us with two kids, plus three small suitcases and two medium-sized ones, it all fit. Later, communication with a Chinese staff member was better.

Had a free upgrade at the counter, which made the experience much better than expected.

Easy to use, single price upfront, price drop protector, excellent platform with speedy searches. I will be a returning customer.

A different car to what we originally ordered but felt like an upgrade! Very helpful at the counter however we received wrong information about the GPS. We were led to believe most of the cars didn't have built in GPS but when we got out there, they all did! Perhaps have the staff know everything about the cars.
