The good thing is the navigation location. The car is on B1. When you exit the basement, press the call button at the exit. The staff's attitude is acceptable.
I reserved a Kia Carnival, but initially didn't buy full insurance. The short blonde woman who assisted me had a bad attitude throughout the process. They gave me a huge Staria, which I later found to be too large, so I decided to purchase full insurance. The vehicle is very large and consumes a lot of fuel, but that's not the main issue. Being a front-wheel drive and not a 4WD, it's very heavy, and struggled to go uphill on gravel roads in Australia. It was very dangerous and slid back several times. On three occasions it got stuck, and we spent a lot of time pushing it out. Overall, the experience was not very good.
