The pickup experience was a total disaster. We never got our car.

This particular branch was terrible. Added on £500 in hidden fees. Rude counter staff that talked to you like you was a idiot and wasting there time. Just ripped us off.

No shuttle bus on return, I had to pay $25 for taxi

Need to let customers know What time shuttle bus starts service and ending time and we can see if it meets our schedule.

The hire company did not release the car to me as they would not accept my credit card, also they tried to withdraw 1800 dollars from my credit card before agreeing to release the car even though my contract said it would be less than 300 dollars. Ended up being left stranded miles from my destination and had to pay a $90 uber to get there and having to book another car later on which cost me another 200 dollars. The staff at Easirent Orlando are the worst kind of people I have ever met and should not in such a customer service focused role. Couldnt care less about anyone, everyone in the queue in front of me were having similar issues regarding insurance and the hard sale on EZ passes at an exorbitant $10 a day, even lying that the tolls no longer accepted cash. Never again will I book a car from Easirent in Orlando and will be contacting EasyRentCars in due course to seek a full refund.

The car was in a terrible condition, car body panels hanging off, scratch’s, dents. The customer service was terrible. We were told we had to take out additional insurance and if we didnt take it they would cancel the booking. We were held over a barrel and blackmailed in to it. We will never ever book from a smaller company ever again.

Very disappointed, infact a, ripoff, the car hire from the 1st to the 7th cost us £500.00, which was not expected at all. Basically once your stuck there what else do you do but pay!! The car itself stank of cigarettes. We were given a GPS satnav, useless, even the staff didn't know how to programme it after spending 20 mins trying to set our destination! Basically just a company ripping people off when they know they have you by the short and curlies!!! Would never book online again.
