When I arrived at the rental point and mentioned my name, they immediately knew who I was, like they were saying, 'We've been waiting for you, you're finally here!' It felt nice.

The process of picking up and exchanging the car was very quick, and the staff was nice. However, they replaced the original A4 with a Toyota. The staff explained that all their Audi cars are manual, and only Japanese cars are automatic. It's not a big deal, but we specifically chose automatic on the Zuzuche.com website. If there are no Audis available, then just list Toyota. Don't say they are the same group of cars; the power and driving experience are totally different, anyone who's driven both knows this. It feels like a bit of a rip-off. Additionally, the cross-border fee is 6 euros per day, not capped at 50 euros as stated on the Zuzuche.com website.
