The car was fantastic, comfortable, easy to drive

They have no idea about the process. If there is a problem, you just wait for charges and prepayments. The car tire went flat at night, and there was no assistance. We didn't get back to the hotel until 3 AM even though it started around 9 PM.

Poor service and bad experience affected my trip mood. The rental company is run by a Chinese, small in scale and ground. During the return, we had to move our stuff three times from the car. The road to Twelve Apostles Hotel was not very good, some mud splashed on the back of the car. The rental company insisted we wash it. They said we could use their water to wash it ourselves, but they claimed several cars were waiting for a wash, and directed us to a nearby self-service car wash which cost 11 AUD after waiting. Strongly not recommended. If possible, definitely use a larger chain rental company.

The car is new and clean. the staffs are nice, Can speak in Chinese and English. Highly recommend.

予約の方法は簡単でした。予約確定後に予約変更が出来ればもっと良いと思います。変更の場合は一旦キャンセルしなければならなかったのが少し面倒でしたが、満足できました。
