Very happy with the whole process

Excellent service from pick-up to paperwork. Truly heartfelt and great.

It was very windy on the day we picked up the car. We made our first call, and they told us to wait at a designated spot. On the second call, we informed them that we were already at the spot, and they said they were on the way and would be there soon. After waiting for more than twenty minutes and freezing, we called a third time and they arrived ten minutes later. When they arrived, they didn't help us with our luggage and just watched us struggle. At the store, we had booked a Toyota Corolla since that's what we use at home. But they gave us a small QQ car instead, which was very cramped for three people and two pieces of luggage. One piece of luggage had to be put in the back seat. They claimed it was the same model, but these cars are not the same at all—it was a complete rip-off.

It was nice to be upgraded to a larger car, however the car is in need of a service. We got the car with the ‘47km to service’ light on. It was clear it needed a wheel alignment when we travelled at 100km/hr. The company said it may take up to 14 business days to return the hold on my debit card but I was pleasantly surprised to see it was returned just 2 business days later!

The car exceeded our expectation. Even though we broke down in a small town, they were really quick to replace the car with a good replacement. It was a quick pick up and drop off service. I will definitely go back to them for my next trip.
