The listing on the rental platform indicated it was a full-size SUV, but it wasn't actually. Previously, I had booked a Suburban with another rental company, which was also listed as a full-size SUV, so I thought they would be the same category, but it turned out to be much smaller. It's more suitable for four people plus luggage. The rental company kept pushing insurance even though I had already purchased full coverage. The service was slow, so I'll choose a bigger company next time.

When we arrived to pick up the car, the originally reserved Ford Escape was unavailable. I mentioned we were filming a show and needed a Ford vehicle, and they immediately upgraded us to a Ford Edge at no extra cost! Our English is not good, but Budget used a phone to translate English to Chinese for us! Very considerate!

San Jose: The wait was nearly an hour and a half, with about 8-9 people in line. Each person took more than 15 minutes to be served, and only two employees were working. We didn't get a Ford, but a Jeep instead. The staff mentioned they mostly have Jeeps and very few Fords. The car had 30,000 miles on it. Other counters had no lines. Next time, I won't consider Budget.
