Since it was late (11:00 PM), there was no need to queue. The originally reserved compact car was unavailable, so they upgraded me to an SUV for free. When returning the car (9:00 AM), I noticed a long queue for pick-up, but the return process was very quick—finished within 5 minutes.
The main driver did not have an international credit card, which resulted in being unable to pick up the car or get a refund. It took over an hour of back-and-forth communication to be informed that changes or refunds were not possible. Had to make a new booking on the spot. Extremely poor experience.
Since we arrived in Dubai at 6 AM, there was no queue, and we could pick up the car directly. The process was simple and took less than ten minutes.
