Due to my flight, I arrived at the pickup location after 11 PM. The staff waited for me, and they only finished work after I received the car. I am very grateful.

The accounting is unclear, there are arbitrary charges, and no explanations are provided to customers. The store's staff works inefficiently, makes calculation errors, and wasted a lot of our time. Now it’s been four days since the car was returned and we’ve already returned home, but the refund issue is still unresolved.

I wasn't informed that I could return the car by myself when no staff was present, which caused me to spend NZD 15 on a taxi to the airport.

Excellent service.
