Good price to trade with inconvenience to pickup and return

Staff were very nice and helpful. Wish our car was washed though. The inside.

Counter help lady was very nice but there was a line of 10-12 customers and within minutes the 3 people at the counter went down to 1. Nothing is automated at Fox. don't care that they are the cheapest. There customer service is so bad, we will never use them again

To be honest, quite disappointed, this is the first time I rent on Fox, also the last time. The service of fox is terrible, no one told us the car was cleaning when we picked up. We spent over 1 hour to pick up a car and in the car, there are stains everywhere. And acceleration of this SUV is really terrible, in the YellowStone park, it lacks of power to accelerate the speed. The pick up place is really far from the airport, and shuttle is over 30 minutes. We spent more $20 on Lyft.

The car was dirty inside and out. I had to spend 30 minutes documenting and photographing all the scratches and inside mess in poor lighting before I could leave the facility. The car ran well and got good gas mileage. The instructions for pick up of the shuttle told me to go to first floor of the parking garage. Actual Pick up was in front of the ground level rental car rental area. Jesus the shirt driver was kind and gracious.
