I was really disatisfied and refused to take the car once the price quoted was not what I had agreed

They are running a scam and making you pay cash for minor scratches and tiny dings that were already there.

Sun pass is not a necessity in Fort Lauderdale, we could have managed without sun pass or could have used our own. But the agent didn’t agree to use our own, and informed that without sun pass we cannot take any highway in FL, that’s a lie.

Pour service on Pick Up plus they m'y insurance so it cust me more for renting a small car next time we will go whit a différente company

Renting on line was easy but right car have pour service for the extra Price they charge us

After completing the paperwork and being told that the coverage on my BMW M6 wasn't enough to cover the Nissan compact I was renting, the agent tried to tell me I HAD to get their insurance. I had called my insurance company (USAA) before my trip and they assured me my coverage was sufficient. When I told the agent (W. Curri) I would check with my credit card company to make sure everything was legit, he said he would not rent me the car and pulled back all of the paperwork. Leaving me stranded and scrambling for another car. I will NEVER do business with this company again and if asked, I will tell any/everybody about my horrible experience with them.
