The front desk will recommend some insurance, but if you have already purchased full coverage on QEEQ, there is no need to buy additional coverage from the desk.
The location is right on the first floor of the Toronto airport terminal, very convenient. No extra sales push, just asked if I needed the super cover. Returning the car was a bit of a hassle due to the navigation issue. When we arrived, there were a few returns happening. They briefly checked the car and issued a receipt from a handheld device in no time.
