The process was very slow, and they didn’t accompany me to inspect the car. They just handed me the key. I had to run back and forth taking pictures to show them the existing damages.
Pickup was right at the airport, with two staff members handling it. Their attitude was great and they were very patient. The customers in front of me, who were from the Arab region, asked questions for about 15 minutes, and the staff remained very courteous.
Picked up the car half an hour early, didn't understand the contract, ended up paying for an additional year.
