Arrived on time to pick up the car, but was informed there were no cars available; waited an additional 2 hours.

There were only three groups of customers ahead of me, but I waited for over 30 minutes. One was due to a computer error by the rental company that tried to add insurance to the customer's bill. The other two groups couldn't communicate well due to language barriers. Another reason was that selling insurance took a long time. By the time it was my turn, I had lost my patience and didn't check the terms carefully.

Staff was friendly.

Food value for car rented.

Had reservations earlier after reading some reviews but I must say the car and service given were good and above expectations.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from Easirent, who conned me into signing for insurance that was not explained to me. I had already purchased insurance from Easyrent and instead of asking for a deposit they took more money out of my account for further insurance without explaining the terms to me. After realising the next day that money had left my account, I called them and they just blamed Easyrent and said that they should never have sold me insurance?!
