We were a group of 6, and the trunk had enough space for all our luggage, which included 5 suitcases.

The counter staff were unhelpful and didn't assist with car pickup or provide vehicle information. The car itself and the interior were generally fine but were covered in minor scratches. When I reported this, they just told me to take photos for evidence without providing any vehicle information for comparison. For returns, they just told me to take photos and drop the key in a box, without checking the car or asking for the car number or whether it was returned on time. This gave me no sense of security and made me feel vulnerable to being scammed. It also seemed like the car wasn't cleaned properly, as if it was handed directly to the next customer after I returned it.

The counter is right inside Brisbane Airport. You go to the parking lot to pick up the car yourself. When returning the car, you just drop the keys in a box at the counter.

Like: Got a 1.4lt turbo Golf automatic. A great little car, solid feel on the road and not bad economy.
Dislike: Nothing. Quite happy with the rental.

Like: We were upgraded to a better vehicle.
Dislike: very little explanation on how to use the car. Since we were not familiar, it took some time to become acquainted.
