The company staff were very friendly. The car was almost brand new with less than 5,000 miles on it, and it was in great condition.

I have used Budget for years. After the way I was handled on the phone and at the airport in Boston, I will never use you again. You did not honor the Easyrentcars reservation of 41.00 USD. Instead, you wanted to charge me 265.00 for the day. Ridiculous. Your agent on the phone was totally ineffective. Never again. I rented a car with Dollar for 170 which was stupid as well but much better than the 265.00
