Excellent and good price

The staff was unavailable at pick up. The only person there spoke no English. When the country person arrived, she only spoke a little English. After spending 1/2 hour trying to figure out the computer (and texting on her phone throughout the entire process) we got in our way. We told them we were dropping it off at 5:00AM on 9/9 but no one was there at the location. They ended up directing us to drop it off at the airport WITH THE KEYS IN IT!!! I will never use that company again. I will also reconsider using easy rent cars to avoid getting stuck with them again.

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

BAD SERVICE AT COUNTER MY CAR WASENT THERE THEY HAD TO GET ME TO ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY PAID ADDITIONAL CHARGES TERIBLE SERVICES WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN, I WILL ALSO FILE A FORMATED COMPLAIN ABOUT MY ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER EVRYTHING WAS PAID IN FULL.

Not pleased with how this company do business. They left out keen information bout drop off and pick up on after hours. Customer service was horrible. Over all will not be doing business with them again.

Easy renter cars was smooth. Very understandable and helpful

Like: First guy whom we rented from was friendly and helpful.
Dislike: Young guy whom we returned cat to was cocky, rude, almost demeaning.
