The efficiency in the UK is really low. When renting the car, the two gentlemen were quite fast. When returning the car, it was two ladies with a total of two customers, but I still had to wait for an hour. The car condition was good, and the service attitude was also fine. Overall, it was quite convenient.

Booking through the domestic QEEQ website was very smooth. However, the company will try to sell you extra insurance when you pick up the car. You can choose based on your own needs. You can refuse it without any problem. I declined because I already purchased additional coverage on the QEEQ website. I returned the car at Heathrow Airport at 9:20 PM. The staff was very friendly and informed me that their shuttle bus runs at 9:30 PM and they would quickly process my return. Sure enough, they completed the car inspection and paperwork in about five minutes and then took the three of us to the departure terminal. Two days later, the £150 deposit was refunded to my credit card. Highly recommended.
