Pros: The line wasn't too long. Although there was only one person at the counter, they were very efficient. Cons: They will try to sell you insurance and keep emphasizing the disadvantages of not buying it, even though I already bought insurance on QEEQ and it was indicated on my receipt. The staff still tried to sell me more insurance.

The car was good, but I am waiting for the refund, I didnt receive the whole deposit 200 , only 122
