You usually don't get the car you reserved. I booked a Mercedes-Benz E-Class wagon but was given an Alfa Romeo. The Alfa Romeo has no other major issues, but the front bumper radar sensor is blocked by the license plate, which is not securely fixed. When driving, the license plate shakes, causing frequent false alerts. It's pretty frustrating.

Very good, much cheaper than Sixt. The car was clean, and although the one I booked wasn't available, they upgraded it to a better model. However, it seems like they charged extra for that. The total was 491 euros, while it showed 2388 yuan in the QEEQ app.

Very disappointed, reserved a Land Rover but got a Peugeot

Just outside the airport gate, very convenient. The staff at the store speak excellent English, so communication is seamless.
