“A Real Mess to be Avoided”

The booking platform worked okay but I ended up being forced to accept different terms with the car hire company (Easirent) from the terms agreed with Easyrentcars which makes for a very uncomfortable situation if something were to go wrong. Easyrentcars need to be more selective with the companies they represent - and it only takes a simple internet search to see how dismal Easirent is as a car hire company.

“Good but need more shuttle vans”

Extremely difficult to get ahold of anybody when calling phone number(either no answer or went dead after many rings).Shuttle pickup at airport took forever.

“Shuttle bus never arrived! I never picked up the car! Noone answered the phone when I tried to call!”

We gave up after waiting an hour for a shuttle bus and because after several attempts to reach you, no one answered your phone. We never got the car! This terrible service is totally unacceptable.

“OK, needs better customer service with pickup and drop off”

Had to call 2 times and wait for ~1 hour for pickup. Drop off back to the airport was another 3 min wait. Not acceptable.
