Brand new 2015 Mustang Convertible with only 15 miles on it when picked up! Feels like a steal! Got an extra tank of gas for just $44, much cheaper than back home. Staff's attitude was similar to what you'd find back home, just average. Returning the car was quite convenient. Parked the car and let them check the fuel gauge and odometer, then I was done. Shuttle buses were available for pickup and drop off, and the wait time wasn't long.

Great value for the price, new cars, excellent counter service, no hidden fees, and very popular. Highly recommended.

I arrived quite late, but there was a free shuttle from the airport to the rental office. The queue was reasonably fast, and the staff was quite friendly. They tried to sell me an upgrade and extra insurance, but I declined. There were two staff members at the car lot who let me choose my vehicle. By the time I got there, only a Sonata and a Charger were left. I quickly chose the Charger (the new model Charger is really cool!). I'm glad I didn't go for the convertible, as it rained nearly every day after I arrived.

The staff saw that there were three of us and suggested upgrading to a Fullsize car. After using it, I felt that since I was only using the car for two days on Oahu, the upgrade wasn't necessary. The staff also recommended a service called Roadside Plus for $4.99/day, which provides emergency assistance if the keys are locked inside the car or in case of a flat tire. Later, I thought as long as I carefully manage the keys, the additional service wasn't necessary. Overall, I felt the company's staff were too eager to upsell extra services, which was not very good.
