Great, very convenient procedures

The car rental and return process was very enthusiastic, and they carefully recorded all scratches. I gave a tip upfront.

We arrived in Phuket at 4 AM on December 2nd, and since our scheduled car pickup time was 5 AM, we waited 45 minutes for the staff to arrive. Our originally booked Nissan Almera was upgraded for free to a Honda ACCORD. My wife and son were both very happy. The car had 40,000 kilometers on it, which was quite good. The staff took ten minutes to inspect the car and also explained some basic operations inside, which was very helpful. We drove for 7 days, and one tank of fuel lasted the entire time. On the last day, we didn't have time to fill up the tank, so we ended up paying double for the fuel, which was a loss.

I encountered a small issue when renting the car because my credit card was maxed out and I couldn't complete the deposit transaction. I had cash but the counter staff said they only accept credit cards. Later, I called the credit card center to apply for a higher limit and finally managed to rent the car. I suggest the company offer more payment options in the future.

The staff's attitude was quite good, the pickup process was very smooth, and the car was pretty new. However, there was no gas station on the way back to the airport from Padang, and the rental booth staff didn't mention this. As a result, we spent nearly an hour searching for a gas station at 21:30 but couldn't find one. With a flight at midnight, we had to return to the airport by 22:30 and pay for an expensive tank of gas. It started perfectly but ended very disappointingly...
