The staff were very friendly and their English was good. When I picked up the car, they marked any scratches on the inspection sheet. The car was relatively new, a Corolla with less than 8000 kilometers. When returning the car, I parked it in their lot myself, without any staff guidance. The return process was smooth, mainly checking the fuel tank and some parts for any collisions. The surprise was that the staff member asked where I was going, and since I was staying near the airport, he voluntarily drove me to the hotel. Of course, the $20 tip was given willingly from my side.

Renting a car in Thailand is a convenient process, and the inspection at the time of rental is very detailed, noting even minor scratches.

The staff's attitude was quite good, the pickup process was very smooth, and the car was pretty new. However, there was no gas station on the way back to the airport from Padang, and the rental booth staff didn't mention this. As a result, we spent nearly an hour searching for a gas station at 21:30 but couldn't find one.
