The vehicle was in great condition with only 7,000 KM mileage. The staff was very courteous, but their English wasn't very good. Therefore, it's important to be precise when booking online to minimize conversation.

Very satisfied with the car rental service. At the airport counter, we handed over the documents and they took us to the parking lot to pick up the car. Before taking the car, we checked for any scratches on the exterior, and their staff proactively marked them on the form and reminded us to return the car with a full tank. They also marked a 24-hour gas station on the map for us. When returning the car, we were worried about the early time (5:30 AM) causing delays, but as soon as we parked, a THAI representative arrived by car. The entire process of vehicle inspection and checkout took no more than 15 minutes.
