The staff were very friendly and their English was good. When I picked up the car, they marked any scratches on the inspection sheet. The car was relatively new, a Corolla with less than 8000 kilometers. When returning the car, I parked it in their lot myself, without any staff guidance. The return process was smooth, mainly checking the fuel tank and some parts for any collisions. The surprise was that the staff member asked where I was going, and since I was staying near the airport, he voluntarily drove me to the hotel. Of course, the $20 tip was given willingly from my side.

Local Thai company, the car had a THAI RENT A CAR logo. I was stopped by the police once for a check, but there was no trouble. The staff were very friendly.

We arrived in Phuket at 4 AM on December 2nd, and since our scheduled car pickup time was 5 AM, we waited 45 minutes for the staff to arrive. Our originally booked Nissan Almera was upgraded for free to a Honda ACCORD. My wife and son were both very happy. The car had 40,000 kilometers on it, which was quite good. The staff took ten minutes to inspect the car and also explained some basic operations inside, which was very helpful. We drove for 7 days, and one tank of fuel lasted the entire time. On the last day, we didn't have time to fill up the tank, so we ended up paying double for the fuel, which was a loss.

Excellent service, very attentive and thoughtful. Returning the car was fast and easy. Will choose again next time.
