Very satisfied! This time we had a long rental period and driving distance, 52 days and 21,000 kilometers. Thrifty promised we could visit any of their branches for maintenance or even car replacement at no extra cost or with reimbursement afterward, which made us feel very reassured. This is our second time using Thrifty, and we believe we will choose this rental company again in the future.
Great value for money, the airport shuttle is also quite convenient. There are many branches in the US, making returns easy. I've heard it was acquired by Hertz, hopefully, prices won't go up in the future.
Pretty good, they didn't try to sell me extra insurance. I bought a full tank of fuel and ended up with half a tank left when returning the car, which was quite a waste. Haha.
