Overall, I give five stars for the car rental experience, but I deduct two stars for the Avis customer service during car return. A female employee named Glacé had an extremely impatient and rude attitude, as if I was there to borrow money instead of returning a car. When I couldn't find the return location for the first time, she even said 'Oh my goodness, how can’t he do it.' I strongly request that this review be forwarded to Avis as an official complaint!

Very good. I actually got a Vauxhall Mokka 1.4. The car was very new and in great condition. No upselling.

The counter staff had a good attitude, but it took four hours for the rescue vehicle to arrive, which is too long.

The vehicle was in excellent condition and the service was very good.
