Pretty good.

Easy to pick up, very difficult to return. No one inspects the car during pick-up or return. You just pick up and drop off the keys at the counter and answer a few questions. The car was very new, only 4000+ kilometers, with a top speed of 200 km/h. Great value for money, highly recommended.

The queue was very long and the efficiency was extremely low. There were only 5 people ahead of me, but it took an hour. Super slow!

During my trip, there was a scratch on the right rear part of the car. BUDGET charged me the maximum amount for it. Although I sent numerous emails, I didn't receive any response. Later, I directly contacted the China Merchants Bank credit card center and initiated a credit investigation. Shortly after, I received half of the money back. I can only say that when it comes to money, foreigners can be just as opportunistic.

Picked up the car at the AVIS counter in Munich Central Station. There were two cars to choose from, both upgrades from what I reserved. I chose a high-end automatic diesel S-MAX with navigation. The staff was friendly and provided detailed vehicle information. They also gave me a parking card and a map of the garage. When returning the car on a weekend, the store was closed, so I parked it in a street spot near the entrance and put the keys in the drop box. The staff called me the next day to confirm they had received the car. The whole process went smoothly. One star is missing because I couldn't upgrade to a BMW or BENZ in Germany, which was disappointing.
