Aside from arriving late at night and waiting at the counter for the Indian staff member to appear, everything else was fine. The management is very good, and both pick-up and drop-off are efficient.

Booked a Camry, but it was replaced with a Chevrolet without consulting me. The vehicle was in poor condition, and there was loud noise coming from the rear trunk while driving.

Rented the car for a total of 2 days. The attitude was okay when picking up the car, but really bad when returning it. Since our English isn't very good, we saw a charge on the receipt and went back to the counter to ask about it. The counter said we had paid for one day but still owed for another day. We had already paid for two days in full through Zuzuche, so why were we being charged again? We tried calling Zuzuche, but couldn't get through during the National Day holiday. The phone just cut off after a few rings. After much back and forth, we still couldn't reach them. Is this what we can expect during an emergency? By then, the African-American lady at the Alamo counter was very rude and ignored us. We had to ask a male staff member nearby, who finally clarified that no additional payment was needed.

There was no detailed explanation about the full fuel service. They only asked if I needed a full tank when picking up, but didn't mention that after purchasing, I could return the car with any fuel level. This led to a direct loss of 120 CAD.
