The vehicle was pretty good, but the store charged a Credit/Debit Card Surcharge, which I didn't anticipate beforehand, resulting in an extra charge of 2.18 NZD.
They don't even deserve one star. It's a complete scam. I will never use this rental service again. Anyone who books a car may arrive a bit early to complete the process, yet they charged me over 600 RMB for just four minutes without informing me. It's extremely infuriating. The Chinese staff there would do anything for a commission.
We encountered a Chinese-speaking service, probably Chinese staff. They said our planned route was very difficult and rushed, not to trust Google's driving time, and that one tank of gas wouldn't be enough and we needed an additional 10 dollars of fuel. They suggested we could buy a full tank and return it empty. Lastly, they implied that our rental car was poor. However, the route was great, we had plenty of time, the car was easy to drive, and we only used three-quarters of the gas. Disappointed with being misled by our own people.
