Not bad. Although the model we booked was unavailable, they gave us a Malibu instead, which was a bit small. But the car was still good, just not great for uphill driving. Returning the car was extremely easy.

They asked if I wanted to buy additional insurance, and after I answered 'No,' they didn't press further. The car was the same model as the one I reserved, not very new but well-maintained, and it performed well throughout the trip. The whole process was very smooth.
