Absolutely amazing. Our car got hit by flying gravel while driving, but the rental company didn’t charge us a single cent, even though I only had the basic insurance. I’ve rented from Budget before and always ended up with weird extra charges after returning the car, but none of that happened here. Every cost was exactly what QEEQ showed on the booking page.

Procedures are simple and straightforward, no pushy insurance sales, clear explanations, and easy to find location.

It was quite a good experience. The counter was very efficient, and the pickup process was simple and quick.

The store staff were friendly and efficient. There were no unnecessary upsells, and they directly gave us the rental car.
