The service was good. We added some insurance, so the actual cost was higher than the price on the reservation, around 310 THB per day. As it was our first time renting a car abroad, we accepted it for safety reasons. Budget doesn't have a counter inside the airport arrival hall, so we had to walk to the rental company. Fortunately, it wasn't far, and you can see it right outside the airport. When returning the car, they drove us to the departure hall entrance.
Overall very satisfied, vehicle condition was clearly documented during handover. But the rented GPS device was not easy to use and couldn't find many locations.
Couldn't rent the car. Upon arrival, Budget said we hadn't paid the deposit. I had clearly paid 100 yuan on Taobao. They gave me a different and more expensive price.

car was almost brand new. finding the location was a little bit confusing as it is located in a separate terminal which you have to go out to get to. service on pickup and drop of was great, the guy who checked the car upon return even brought us to the nearest petrol station to refill instead of us paying the rental company rate which was a really nice touch.
