Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Proceed to the nearest outside exit from the terminal where customer will be met by a Budget representative holding a sign showing clients name. Office is directly opposite the airport entrance. CARS: Vehicles are kept at the city office. RETURNS: Vehicles is to be returned to the Budget office. A member of the Budget staff will take client to the airport. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available.

    Need to be clear on which airport terminal. We arrived in International terminal but the car pick up is at domestic terminal. This was not made clear when made booking. Lucky the domestic airport is next to the international airport terminal. However is troublesome to enter into domestic terminal as need to go through security scanning.

    I booked a Yaris, was given a Jazz but no complaints. It was a basic car. Would be nice if it comes with at least a reverse sensor. If you fly in via the international terminal at Phuket airport, Budget’s counter is at the domestic terminal which is just a short walk away.

    car was almost brand new. finding the location was a little bit confusing as it is located in a separate terminal which you have to go out to get to. service on pickup and drop of was great, the guy who checked the car upon return even brought us to the nearest petrol station to refill instead of us paying the rental company rate which was a really nice touch.

    The service was good. We added some insurance, so the actual cost was higher than the price on the reservation, around 310 THB per day. As it was our first time renting a car abroad, we accepted it for safety reasons. Budget doesn't have a counter inside the airport arrival hall, so we had to walk to the rental company. Fortunately, it wasn't far, and you can see it right outside the airport. When returning the car, they drove us to the departure hall entrance.
