The service attitude and vehicle condition were good. The only downside was being charged for adding a second driver mid-rental; only noticed it on the invoice. However, after negotiating with QEEQ, the refund was processed quickly.

This time I rented a car at Salt Lake City Airport to visit Yellowstone for a week. I booked a mid-size SUV and got a Chevrolet EQUINOX at pickup. The car is quite large, comparable to a Highlander. Even though I couldn't choose, I was quite satisfied as the odometer showed only over 3000 miles. Drove around Yellowstone for a week, and the car was in good condition with excellent performance on overtaking. A $75 deposit was held at pickup. Returning the car was very convenient, just drove to the airport garage, a young lady came to inspect, scanned the barcode, and printed the receipt. I had refueled before returning, and the deposit was refunded immediately. Overall, the experience was very convenient, the car was in good condition, and QEEQ's website was very user-friendly with prices cheaper than booking directly on US sites, highly recommend.

Picking up and returning the car was straightforward and quick. Very convenient and satisfying.

Instead of the small car model specified in the contract, I was given a Chevrolet SUV. I'm not sure how much additional charges will be incurred.
