Even though it was a new car, it broke down unexpectedly, and the roadside assistance was very slow, which affected our subsequent plans. The rental agreement was for six days, but the car broke down after just four days. There was no compensation or refund for the remaining two days.

Picking up and returning the car was straightforward and quick. Very convenient and satisfying.
