1. I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a Chevrolet SUV instead. 2. I specified returning the car at Salt Lake City Airport, but later found that our hotel was only a 10-minute drive from the airport (in fact, it was in the city center), so I asked if we could return the car in the city center instead. The answer was no. After returning the car at the airport, there was no service to take us back to the hotel.

Not bad. Although the model we booked was unavailable, they gave us a Malibu instead, which was a bit small. But the car was still good, just not great for uphill driving. Returning the car was extremely easy.

Our car rental process went very smoothly, and we were very satisfied with ALAMO's service.

Pretty good. The service was enthusiastic, the car's condition was good. We rented a RAV but it was unavailable, so they upgraded us to a full-size Apache.
