Super easy return process.

Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.

Great. The reserved manual Golf model was unavailable, and we got a free upgrade to an automatic. The rental company's service attitude was good, the car was in great condition, and we were very satisfied. However, the return signs were not very conspicuous, making it easy to take the wrong route.
