The staff was very nice and gave me a Chevrolet Traverse as a free upgrade. Alamo has been great in the past few rentals, their people are super friendly. The car was powerful and fuel-efficient, making our tour around Salt Lake City, Yellowstone, and Cody quite enjoyable.

Extremely satisfied! The pick-up and drop-off speed was super fast, the procedures were simple, the car was very new with only 12,000 miles, the price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. The whole process took just 5 minutes.

Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

Salt Lake City Airport wasn't crowded; Alamo had relatively more people, unlike Hertz which had none. Overall, the efficiency was decent—waiting in line and picking up the car took about half an hour.

I've rented from Alamo many times and I'm always satisfied. The staff at the Salt Lake City branch are very friendly and never push insurance. The first car I got had some tire wear, but the staff quickly got me a Malibu with only a bit over 200 miles from National. The service is really excellent.
