There was an upsell for full insurance, but the so-called full insurance from QEEQ is not actual full insurance. It is a combination of partial car insurance and domestic insurance. For example, you might have to pay around 1200 EUR for a 1-inch scratch repair upfront, and then claim reimbursement through domestic insurance, which is very inconvenient.

The staff I met when picking up the car at Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1 were friendly and easy to communicate with. When returning the car, there wasn’t much interaction. Overall, I’m satisfied.

The store usually changes cars. There's generally no need to pay extra for a car upgrade. For cars of the same price, check them first. The service attitude is good, especially the staff at the car lot who are very friendly.
