The staff was very kind and humorous. He understood our language limitations well. Returning the car was very convenient; we just handed the key to the receptionist and confirmed the fuel tank was full.
Overall service was okay, but there was a tire burst and had to exchange the car. The roadside assistance was very slow, and a model worth thousands was taken by the staff from the car. It wasn't placed in lost and found even though it was just a few hours. Sigh.
Europe's largest company, originally French, but later acquired by Germany. I asked a girl from Airbnb, she said this company is reliable. However, I rented a French car in Germany, which was a bit disappointing. But the car was fully equipped, even with a side assist feature. In our country, such features would cost at least 350,000. Cars are really cheap abroad.
