Every minor scratch is considered an accident, and you'll have to pay over 15,000 RMB up front for repairs, which is a scam. If you buy their insurance, they only deduct 2,000 ISK. Low efficiency; from struggling to find their shuttle at the airport to finishing the communication, I spent 600 RMB on international calls. Never renting from this company again.
